Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you and WAGMI LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Stowly mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Stowly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Stowly is a consumer-focused household organization tool that allows users to:

  • Scan household items via barcode or manual entry.
  • Save and organize items into personal collections and custom stores.
  • View previously saved items to better understand what they already own.
  • Access optional affiliate links to third-party retailers to reorder or purchase items.

Stowly is designed to help users reference and organize their personal household items. It is not a commercial inventory management system and should not be relied upon for business, accounting, or commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
  • Scrape, collect, or harvest data (including product data) from the Service using automated means.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
  • Misuse affiliate links or attempt to defraud referral or commission systems.

5. User Content & Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of all lists, images, notes, and data you input into Stowly (“User Content”).

License to Us

By using the Service, you grant WAGMI LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, sync, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

Our Content

The Stowly app design, logo, text, and code are the property of WAGMI LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Product Data Disclaimer (Important)

Stowly uses third-party databases and APIs to identify products when you scan a barcode.

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not guarantee that product names, images, descriptions, or categories returned by the scanner are accurate, complete, or up to date.
  • User Verification: You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of any item you choose to save to your personal collection. WAGMI LLC is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in saved item information.

Stowly is intended for personal household use only and is not designed for managing commercial stock, assets, or regulated goods.

7. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Retailers

Stowly may provide links to third-party websites or retailers (such as Amazon or Target).

  • We Are Not the Seller: WAGMI LLC is not a party to any transaction between you and a third-party retailer. We do not sell, ship, or warranty physical products.
  • Your Responsibility: Any purchase you make is governed entirely by the third party’s terms, privacy policy, and return policy.
  • No Liability: We are not responsible for pricing errors, out-of-stock items, shipping delays, or defective products provided by third parties.

Stowly may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through affiliate links, at no additional cost to you.

8. Service Availability & Data Loss

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Data Loss: While we use secure cloud infrastructure, you acknowledge that data loss is possible. WAGMI LLC is not liable for the loss of your saved items, collections, photos, or related data due to technical failure, service interruption, or account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

IN NO EVENT SHALL WAGMI LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe:

  • Violates these Terms,
  • Is harmful to other users or third parties, or
  • Poses a risk to the Service or the Company.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and post the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
